Electrostatic Powder  Coating takes advantage of high voltage electrostatic corona field principles. When a metal current on the spray gun head is connected to a high-voltage cathode, the workpiece to be coated is grounded to form an anode, thereby a strong electrostatic field is generated between the spray gun and the workpiece. The powders are adsorbed to the workpieces uniformly under the action of electrostatic force and compressed air .
